???? HIRING: General Manager – Creator Management Agency (Remote)

We're a fast-growing creator management agency looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive General Manager to run day-to-day operations.

This is a remote position. You'll be the bridge between our creators, our team, and our marketing department — making sure everything runs on time, content is top quality, and nothing falls through the cracks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Manage the full content pipeline — from content briefs to final deliverables
• Write, review, and optimize content scripts for engagement and conversion
• Onboard new creators: contracts, content collection, account setup, profile curation
• Communicate with creators daily (in Spanish) to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate between the team and marketing department for content needs
• Track deadlines, follow up consistently, and keep everything moving

WHO YOU ARE:

• Fluent in English (both are non-negotiable)
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
• Great at managing people remotely — you know how to follow up without being annoying
• Comfortable with Google Drive, Google Docs, ----------
• You take ownership — you don't wait to be told what to do
• Experience in creator management, agency work, or social media is a strong plus
• Available to work full-time (flexible hours, but consistent availability required)
