About Us:

We’re Biohackn, a Dubai-based premium wellness and longevity company.
We sell and install high-end recovery tech (infrared saunas, cold plunges, red light therapy, hyperbaric systems).

We are now aggressively building AI-driven systems to:

Automate operations
Increase sales efficiency
Build internal tools
Scale content and marketing

We are looking for someone who can turn manual work into automated systems.

Role Overview
This is not a basic AI assistant role.

You will act as:
AI Systems Architect / Automation Operator

Your job is to:

Analyze how we currently operate
Identify inefficiencies
Build systems that automate and improve workflows

Core Responsibilities

1. Automation & Workflow Systems
Build automations using tools like Zapier / Make
Connect platforms via APIs & webhooks
Automate repetitive tasks across sales, ops, and marketing

Example:
Meta lead ? auto WhatsApp ? qualify ? book call ? log into CRM ? notify sales team

2. AI Agent Development
Build AI workflows using OpenAI / Claude APIs
Create multi-step AI agents with logic, memory, and conditions
Improve prompts and system outputs over time

Example:

AI lead qualifier
AI follow-up system
AI internal assistant for the team

3. Internal Tool Building
Create simple internal apps/tools for the team

Using tools like:
Retool / Bubble / Softr / Glide

Examples:
Deal tracking dashboard
Lead management tool
Internal reporting system

4. CRM & Sales Automation
Set up and optimize CRM workflows

Tools may include:
HubSpot / GoHighLevel / Close CRM
WhatsApp automation (Twilio / WATI)

Examples:
Automated follow-ups
Lead scoring
Sales alerts for high-intent leads

5. Data & Dashboarding
Track key business metrics:
Lead sources
Conversion rates
Time to close
Build dashboards for visibility

6. Content & Marketing Automation
Automate content workflows

Examples:
Podcast, clips, captions,scheduling
Blog generation (SEO pipelines)
Content repurposing systems
Bonus Skills (Strong Advantage)

Web scraping (competitor research, lead generation)
AI video tools (Arcads, Veo, etc.)
SEO automation systems (blog pipelines)
Knowledge base systems (structured memory like Claude workflows)
Experience building multi-agent systems
Experience working with fast-growing startups

Required Experience
Proven experience building real automation systems
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations
Experience with AI tools beyond basic prompting
Ability to think in systems, not just tasks
