Ultra Labs is searching for a proactive, highly organized Marketing Manager to support and strengthen our marketing operations across multiple projects and brands. Ultra Labs is a U.S.–based Business Incubator/Accelerator focused on software and tech-driven businesses.
We are searching for a proactive, highly organized HubSpot Expert to support and strengthen our marketing operations across multiple projects and brands. This role goes beyond platform management. You'll take ownership of our HubSpot ecosystem, ensure smooth execution across campaigns, and support data-driven decision making for a portfolio of fast-moving businesses.
The ideal candidate is independent, detail-oriented, and highly accountable, with a strong command of HubSpot's CRM, workflow automation, and reporting capabilities. Key Responsibilities
_CRM Management: Own and maintain the HubSpot CRM across multiple brands, ensuring data integrity, accurate segmentation, and clean contact and company records.
_Workflow & Automation: Design, build, and continuously optimize automated workflows for lead nurturing, deal progression, task assignments, and internal notifications.
_Pipeline Management: Set up and manage sales pipelines, deal stages, and custom properties aligned with each brand's unique sales process.
_Integrations: Configure and manage integrations between HubSpot and third-party tools (e.g., Slack, Zapier,
_Reporting & Dashboards: Build custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs across marketing, sales, and customer success and translate that data into actionable insights.
_User Training & Support: Onboard tea
_Process Improvement: Regularly audit existing setups, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to keep operations running at peak performance.
Requirements
_3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot experience across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and/or Service Hub.
_Proven track record building workflows and automation that drive real business outcomes.
_Strong understanding of CRM best practices, including data hygiene, contact segmentation, and lifecycle stage management.
_Experience managing HubSpot integrations with third-party tools via native connectors or Zapier.
_Ability to build custom reports and dashboards that support strategic, data-driven decisions.
_HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, CRM, Sales Hub) are a strong plus.
_Solid understanding of sales and marketing funnels in a B2B or SaaS context.
_Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
_Clear, confident communicator who can collaborate across multiple teams and brands simultaneously.
Nice to Have
_Experience with HubSpot Operations Hub (data sync, custom coded actions).
_Familiarity with HTML/CSS for
_Background in digital marketing, sales operations, or revenue operations (RevOps).
_Prior experience working within an agency, incubator, or multi-brand environment.
