As our Operations & Growth Assistant, you will work directly with our
team to help us make smarter decisions through data, keep our properties
performing at their best, and build the systems that scale with us.

This is a stepping stone into the cutting-edge world of short-term
rentals and hospitality operations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
+ Pulling and analyzing booking data across our properties
+ Building and maintaining weekly performance reports
+ Tracking key metrics: occupancy, revenue, cancellations, reviews
+ Researching upsell opportunities like early check-ins and add-ons
+ Optimizing listings on Airbnb and ----------
+ Competitor research and market analysis
+ Spotting trends and flagging problems before they become urgent

REQUIREMENTS:
+ Excellent written and verbal English (non-negotiable)
+ Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
+ Tech-savvy: MS Office, ChatGPT, project management tools
+ Detail-oriented and able to work independently
+ Stable internet connection and reliable home setup
+ Full-time availability (40 hours/week, exclusively)
