Job Responsibilities
1?Handle customer inquiries and requests via online chat, email, or messaging platforms (non-voice support)?
2?Assist with order processing, product information, and problem resolution efficiently?
3?Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed?
4?Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and timely responses
Qualifications & Requirements
1?No prior customer service experience required – newbies are welcome!?
2?Typing speed: Minimum 36 words per minute (WPM)?
3?Must own personal equipment:?
Laptop or desktop computer?
Headset (with microphone) and webcam?
Minimum RAM: 8GB (16GB recommended for smooth operation)?
4?Stable and reliable internet connection (no frequent disconnections)?
5?Willing to work 12-hour shifts (day or night shift as preferred)?
