Primary Responsibilities:
As a Inside Real Estate Sales Specialist, you will tenaciously prospect for, qualify, follow up and set appointments with potential real estate leads.
Follow up promptly and diligently on leads and inquiries
Conduct outbound telemarketing activities to prospect lists
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up qualification in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
Perform thorough needs assessment and identify prospects pain points to determine how our programs address those needs
Build and increase industry knowledge to effectively represent our team and our value proposition
Maintain accurate records of all activities in our CRM system Commissionsinc
Conduct research to expand prospect list using Facebook, LinkedIn and other methods
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
Candidate must be team oriented, learning based, possessing sheer grit and the will to succeed
1+ years of phone customer service or sales is preferred
1+ years of Service Sales experience preferred; Coaching/Training sales a plus
Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal, written & active listening)
Drive, discipline and accountability to conduct 300-400 outbound calls daily
Excellent English speaking skills and the ability to take great notes in english.
You should be able to “close” to set the appointment
Team oriented with ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment .
Previous experience with a multi line dialer like mojo is preferred.
Experience in real estate and using a platform like boomtown.
