Member Success Consultant - Remote

Best Body is a highly regarded Reformer Pilates and wellness brand in Australia, and we’re looking for a Philippines based, remote Member Success Consultant to help us change lives every day.
You’ll be the warm, caring voice and heart behind our brand – treating every member like a long?lost friend, answering calls, emails and chats with professionalism and heart, and surprising and delighting people at every opportunity. You’ll help members understand their memberships and classes, solve problems quickly, and keep our systems and records up to date so we can deliver a truly WOW experience at scale.

You’ll be great at this role if you:
Love talking to people and making them feel seen, supported and welcomed.
Communicate clearly in English (spoken and written) and have a fantastic phone manner.
Are organised, reliable and comfortable working with online systems, trackers and CRMs.
Enjoy learning, embracing change and being part of a positive, supportive team.

Role details:
Remote, home?based role in the Philippines.
Work hours: Tuesday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm, Saturday 6:00am - 2:30pm
Full?time Member Success Consultant, reporting to our Member Success Team Leader.
Work includes member support (calls, email, chat), data entry in our operating systems, and collaborating with our studio support and marketing teams.
