We are seeking a highly capable, strategic, and execution focused Marketing and Social Media Manager to lead our internal content engine and align seamlessly with our external marketing team.
This is not an entry level or purely creative role. It requires structured thinking, content planning discipline, and the ability to translate real projects into high performing multi platform content.
Role Overview
You will own the planning, creation, and distribution of all organic content across our social and editorial channels. You will work in close coordination with our external marketing team to ensure all efforts are aligned, complementary, and strategically deployed.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute structured content plans aligned with core service areas
Turn real projects into scalable content across multiple platforms
Oversee content creation including reels, carousels, and stories
Repurpose content across channels using AI tools such as ChatGPT
Collaborate with the external marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency
Maintain a clear content calendar and optimize performance over time
What We Are Looking For
More than 6 years of experience in social media management and content creation
Ability to plan and execute content with clarity and structure
Highly organized with a systems driven mindset
Comfortable using AI tools to scale content production
Able to operate with ownership and minimal supervision
Rate: $5 - $9 per hour
Schedule: 4 hours overlap with US, 4 hours flexible
