JOB OVERVIEW
We’re looking for an experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, build, and execute
- Develop and manage automations such as welcome series, abandoned cart, re-engagement, and retention sequences
- Segment audiences and implement targeted messaging strategies based on customer behavior and lifecycle stage
- Design and run A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, and campaign structure to improve performance
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, and revenue attribution)
- Translate performance data into actionable insights and optimization strategies
- Create clear, concise performance reports with recommendations for continuous improvement
- Support Wallet/ePass and SMS campaign initiatives as part of a broader retention strategy
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned with brand voice, compliance standards, and business goals
TEAM COLLABORATION
- Work closely with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to execute campaigns efficiently
- Participate in team reviews to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Communicate updates proactively and flag blockers, risks, or optimization opportunities early
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 3–5 years of experience in
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Salesforce
- Proven track record managing high-volume
- Strong understanding of segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and customer journey mapping
- Experience building and optimizing high-performing campaigns and automations
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates and ask thoughtful questions
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience with retention marketing in eCommerce or DTC brands
- Familiarity with SMS and/or Wallet (ePass) marketing campaigns
- Basic design awareness and experience working with templates or tools like Figma or Canva
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., cannabis is a plus, but not required)
COMPENSATION
$500-$900 starting depending on experience.
SCHEDULE
- 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm Philippine Time.
- Minimal overtime during weekdays and weekends will be expected as part of salary
