Mira Organics is a fast-growing health and wellness eCommerce brand that scaled from zero to seven figures in just two months. We sell a nerve relief lotion designed for people aged 50 and above living with neuropathy and we are genuinely making a difference in people's lives every day.
We move fast. We build systems. We protect what we build.
As we scale we are seeing copycat stores, unauthorized listings, and content theft appear across multiple platforms. We need someone who knows exactly how to find and eliminate them without us having to explain the process.

The Purpose of This Role

Your job is simple, protect the Mira Organics brand online.
You will monitor the internet for unauthorized use of our brand, products, images, copy, and content. When you find something that should not be there you will take action to get it removed through DMCA claims, platform takedown requests, or direct outreach, using an authorization letter from the Company to act on our behalf.
This is a role where your expertise leads the way. You will be given full authorization to act on behalf of Mira Organics and we trust you to own the process end to end.

What You Will Do
Monitor the following platforms regularly for brand violations, copycat stores, unauthorized listings, and stolen content:

Facebook and Instagram — ads, pages, and posts using our brand without authorization
TikTok — videos, ads, and accounts misusing our brand or product
Google — search results, websites, and landing pages copying our content
YouTube — videos using our footage, copy, or brand without permission
Forums and community sites — Reddit, Quora, and similar platforms
eCommerce platforms — Shopify storefronts and similar DTC sites (Alibaba, Aliexpress, Frugoo, Ebay etc)
Amazon — a quick weekly scan for copycat listings or unauthorized brand use. Anything flagged gets passed to the team right away. A small but valuable layer of protection that keeps us covered across every channel.

Take action on violations by:

Filing DMCA takedown requests on behalf of Mira Organics
Submitting platform-specific IP infringement reports
Removing unauthorized listings from eCommerce platforms
Contacting website owners and hosting providers for content removal
Documenting all violations and actions taken in a clear tracking sheet
Maintain a weekly brand protection report covering what was found, what was actioned, and what is still pending.

What We Are Looking For

Required Experience:
Proven experience filing DMCA takedown requests and IP infringement reports
Hands-on experience removing content from Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and similar platforms
Experience identifying and reporting copycat stores and unauthorized eCommerce listings
Familiarity with platform-specific IP enforcement tools and processes
Strong written English for drafting takedown notices and correspondence
