I am a busy Realtor. I am a rainmaker. I move at the speed of light, I close deals, and am always work to expand my business and brand. But my "Drunk Monkey" brain creates a wake of chaos.

I am looking for a System Ninja who finds deep, meditative peace in creating order. You aren't here to take orders; you are here to build the engine and guard the clients so I can stay in my "Zone ".

What You’ll Be Doing (The Architecture of Flow)

Kill the Friction (Automation): You will use apps like Zapier, ---------- , and GoHighLevel to automate the boring stuff. If I have to touch manual data entry, the system has failed.


Follow the existing (SOPs) and build on and create your own SOP's. You will observe my "fast and loose" process and turn it into flawless, step-by-step SOPs that ensure the business runs even if we’re both on vacation.


Guard the Temple (The CRM): You are the "Data Police". You ensure every lead is tagged, every note is updated, leads are followed up on, and the pipeline is a source of truth, not a source of stress.

Enlightened Client Care: You are the calm voice in the storm for my clients. You handle the "high-touch" follow-ups, ensure they feel like royalty during the listing process, and coordinate the moving pieces so they have a "5-star" experience without me having to manage the minutiae.


Predict the Future (Analytics): You’ll use Python or Advanced Analytics to show me exactly where our money is coming from and where the leaks are.

Are You the One? (The Frequency)

You Are a Hybrid: You have the logic of a Computer Scientist but the emotional intelligence and communication skills of a Master Teacher.


You Love the "Grid": You don't find spreadsheets boring; you find them beautiful.


You Have "Backbone": When my high energy tries to bypass the system, you have the quiet confidence to say, "Boss, stay in your lane; the system handles that".


Global Pedigree: You’ve thrived in high-pressure environments like Accenture or handled complex accounts.
