Instagram Growth Specialist

About the Role
We're looking for a technically sharp Instagram specialist who understands what it takes to grow accounts properly — not just posting, but understanding device management, account health, content strategy, and engagement. This isn't a beginner role. You should be genuinely good at social media, have strong opinions on what content works and why, and take ownership of every account you manage.
Key Responsibilities

**PAY RANGE: $750-$1,200**

Manage and grow clients' Instagram accounts through consistent, strategic posting and engagement.
Understand and execute device management protocols — isolating accounts, managing device fingerprints, and maintaining account integrity across multiple accounts.
Warm up new accounts properly, building trust through natural, human engagement patterns before pushing content.
Edit and post Reels and content that performs, understanding what drives traffic and conversions versus what just gets empty views.
Have a genuine understanding of content strategy — know what's trending, what formats work, and actively contribute ideas on what to post and when.
Perform daily engagement tasks — interacting with target audiences using natural, human patterns to keep accounts looking real and active.
Monitor account health daily, run regular checks, and know how to respond when reach drops or accounts are flagged.
Troubleshoot account issues confidently — understanding what went wrong, why, and how to recover.

Technical Requirements

Must have at least one dedicated work phone, minimum iPhone XR, ideally iPhone 11 or newer. This phone must be used solely for work.

Requirements

Experience managing and growing Instagram accounts for brands, businesses, or clients.
Strong understanding of how the Instagram algorithm works, what triggers flags, and how to stay visible.
Genuinely passionate about social media — you're plugged into trends and understand content at a deeper level than just scheduling posts.
Consistent and reliable with strong attention to detail.
