**Twitter Growth Specialist**

**About the Role**

We're looking for a reliable, self-driven Twitter specialist to manage and grow our accounts. You'll be responsible for daily content posting, engagement strategy, and keeping accounts healthy and growing. If you understand what makes content perform on Twitter and take pride in growing accounts and going viral, we want to hear from you.

*PAY RANGE: $700-$1,200**

**Key Responsibilities**

- Post daily content, media, and promotional material across multiple Twitter accounts on behalf of clients.
- Perform daily engagement tasks — replying to trending posts, engaging with relevant accounts — to boost visibility and grow each account.
- Manage inbound DMs where needed, directing interested followers to the appropriate links.
- Monitor account health daily and adjust posting strategy immediately if reach drops or accounts are flagged.
- Understand what content performs best on Twitter and manage the content calendar accordingly — knowing what to post, when, and why.
- Consistently grow follower count, impressions, and link clicks across all assigned accounts.

**Requirements**

- Experience managing Twitter accounts for brands, businesses, or clients.
- Strong understanding of how the Twitter algorithm works and how to stay visible.
- Comfortable using anti-detect browsers and proxies for managing multiple accounts.
- Consistent and reliable — Twitter requires daily activity, and you show up every day.
- Good English with the ability to write engaging, natural captions and replies.
