Jiva Health is a growing U.S.-based healthcare organization seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to support our expanding research operations.

This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone looking to build a career in healthcare, clinical research, medical data management, or U.S.-based clinical operations. You will gain direct hands-on experience working with real-world clinical trial data, research workflows, and systems used by U.S. healthcare teams.

Compensation & Schedule
$4.75 USD/hour
Approx. 265 PHP/hour
Approx. 41,800–45,000 PHP/month full-time equivalent
Paid bi-weekly
Flexible Philippines-based work schedule
Must be available for 1 required weekly meeting in U.S. Pacific Time
Key Responsibilities
Input and manage clinical data within research platforms
Review patient and study data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain organized research documentation and study files
Track patient visits, enrollment milestones, and study progress
Support U.S.-based clinical research staff with administrative coordination
Assist with audit preparation and sponsor documentation reviews
Help ensure research data integrity and protocol compliance
Required Qualifications
Prior clinical research experience is required in some capacity
Must be able to clearly speak about your research experience during the interview
Strong data entry and administrative accuracy
High attention to detail
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and online systems
Basic understanding of medical terminology
Strong written and verbal English
Highly organized and dependable
Able to manage deadlines independently
Preferred Background
Experience supporting clinical trials, site coordination, or research data entry
Familiarity with EMR, CRIO, CTMS, REDCap, or similar research platforms
Background in nursing, pharmacy, medical technology, biology, or healthcare administration
Important Application Requirement
