Construction Estimator (Concrete, Masonry & Building Envelope Specialist)

We are hiring a full-time Construction Estimator specializing in concrete, masonry (brick, CMU, stone, stucco), drywall, openings, roofing, and siding. This role focuses on accurate takeoffs, cost estimation, and bid management for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
Perform quantity takeoffs for concrete, masonry, drywall, openings, roofing, and siding
Request supplier quotes (e.g., rebar, masonry, roofing materials)
Estimate labor, materials, and equipment costs
Prepare scopes of work and submit bids
Assist with scheduling and budget analysis

Requirements:
Proven experience in Division 3 (Concrete), Division 4 (Masonry), Division 9 (Drywall), Division 7 (Roofing/Siding), and Openings
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, takeoffs, and cost estimation
Proficient in PlanSwift (required)
Experience with JobTread or similar tools
Strong English communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines

Stack and AI tools (a plus)
Work Details
Full-time (40 hrs/week), remote
Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM (Central Time)
