JOB OVERVIEW

We need someone who can produce content, make it look sharp, and keep it moving every single day.

What You’ll Do
You will create and manage content across all SO Good social platforms.
This includes:
-Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content)
-Design graphics for posts, announcements, and campaigns
-Edit podcasts using AutoPod or Riverside
-Create thumbnails and cover graphics
-Upload and schedule content using Metricool
-Keep content organized inside Google Drive
-Execute tasks from Trello and marketing meetings
You are not guessing what to do.
You are executing at a high level

What Winning Looks Like
-Content is produced consistently
-Turnaround is fast (24–48 hours max)
-Quality is strong and improving
-Minimal revisions needed
-Communication is tight and responsive
Over time, you should be able to run directly with the Growth Marketing Coordinator without hand-holding.

Work Style
-Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central
-You are available on Google Chat during work hours
-You attend marketing meetings and weekly one-on-ones
-You respond fast and communicate clearly

-Adobe Premiere Pro (AutoPod)
-After Effects
-Photoshop
-Illustrator
-Canva
-CapCut
-Metricool
-Google Drive
-Trello
If you don’t already use most of these, this is not for you.

Creative Standard
Our content is:
-Bold
-Loud
-Attention-grabbing
-Clean and professional
If your work looks safe or boring, it won’t work here.

Expectations
-24–48 hour turnaround on assigned work
-Multiple reels per day when needed
-Graphics within 24 hours
-Podcasts edited in ~4 hours (when using AutoPod)
-Typically under 2 revisions per piece
We value speed and quality. Not one without the other.

Non-Negotiables
-Strong communication
-Fast turnaround
-Ability to follow direction
-No second job
-Organized file management
If you disappear, miss deadlines, or need constant revisions, this will not work.
