About the Role

What You'll Do

Make 150–300 outbound calls per day to local offices and businesses
Follow a provided script to introduce our services and book walkthroughs
Handle basic objections professionally and stay focused on the appointment
Log all call outcomes in a shared Google Sheet daily
Send a brief end-of-day report with total calls, appointments booked, and callbacks


Requirements

Prior cold calling or appointment setting experience is required
Confident, clear spoken English
Reliable internet connection and a quality headset
Comfortable making high volume calls daily
Organized and able to track data accurately in Google Sheets
Self-motivated and able to work independently


Nice to Have

Experience in B2B sales
Background in real estate, cleaning, or facility services
