JOB OVERVIEW

About Us

Molly Maid of Central Westchester is a growing cleaning referral agency serving Westchester County, NY and surrounding areas. We connect clients with vetted, professional independent cleaners for residential and commercial spaces. We operate 7 days a week and pride ourselves on quality, trust, and convenience.

We're a lean, remote team — and we need someone sharp, reliable, and self-driven to help us operate and grow.

The Role
This is not a typical VA position. We're looking for someone who can eventually run day-to-day operations independently — think area manager in a remote setting. You'll handle everything from answering client inquiries to coordinating cleaners to closing new bookings. If you're a go-getter who takes ownership and communicates exceptionally well, keep reading.

Your Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from clients promptly and professionally (U.S.-based clientele)
• Handle booking, scheduling, and calendar management
• Conduct outbound follow-ups to leads and past clients
• Close new bookings using our pricing and promotions
• Recruit, vet, and onboard independent cleaning professionals
• Manage client satisfaction follow-ups; resolve issues and escalations
• Post and engage on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Google)
• Maintain records in our CRM/tracking tools
• Identify and flag operational issues to the owner
• Take initiative to improve processes — we want someone who brings ideas, not just tasks

You Are a Great Fit If You:
• Have excellent spoken and written English — you'll be communicating directly with U.S. clients by phone, text, and email
• Are highly organized and can manage multiple priorities without hand-holding
• Have experience in customer service, sales, or operations (service industry a plus)
• Are proactive — you follow up, flag problems early, and don't wait to be told
• Are comfortable working U.S. Eastern Time hours (full or partial overlap required)
• Have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Are looking for a long-term position with growth opportunity

Bonus Points For:
• Experience with a U.S.-based service business (cleaning, home services, real estate, etc.)
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Jobber, or similar CRMs
• Social media content creation experience

What We Offer
• Competitive bi-weekly Pay
• Performance commissions
• Stable, long-term position with a growing company
• Performance-based raises
• Clear growth path — we develop from within
• Supportive owner who provides systems, training, and tools

**How to apply**

Read carefully — applications that don't follow these steps will not be reviewed.
1. Send your resume
2. In the subject line or first line of your message, write: "I read the full post – MM Application"
3. Include a 2–3 sentence answer to this question: "Describe a time you handled a difficult customer or solved a problem without being told what to do."
4. Include your available hours in U.S. Eastern Time
5. Record a 60–90 second voice or video message answering this question: "Tell us who you are, why you're a great fit for this role, and how you would handle a client who calls upset because their cleaner didn't show up." Upload it to Google Drive, Loom, or Dropbox and include the link in your application.

Applications without all 5 items — including the recording link — will not be reviewed.
