JOB OVERVIEW

Overview
We are looking for a specialist who knows how to fully use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted pipelines and generate qualified opportunities.

This role is strictly focused on strategy, targeting, and lead generation using Sales Navigator.

This is NOT a content posting or basic VA role.

Your Role

You will take full control of the Sales Navigator system and use it to:

Identify high-value prospects
Build structured lead lists
Track and manage prospect activity
Support outbound strategy with precision targeting

You will NOT be responsible for posting content or managing social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advanced Lead Targeting

Use Sales Navigator filters to build highly specific prospect lists
Segment audiences (e.g., property managers, engineers, decision-makers)
Continuously refine targeting based on results

2. Pipeline Building

Save and organize leads and accounts
Identify buying signals (job changes, activity, company growth, etc.)
Maintain a clean and structured lead pipeline

3. Strategy Execution

Recommend targeting strategies and improvements
Support outreach direction (who to target, when, and why)
Work independently to optimize results

4. Reporting & Insights

Track weekly performance (lead quality, acceptance rates, responses)
Identify patterns and suggest improvements
Provide clear, actionable reports

Important Clarification

You will focus ONLY on Sales Navigator and lead strategy
You will NOT manage posting or content creation
You will work independently within your scope

Requirements (Must-Have)

Strong, proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Ability to build targeted B2B lead lists with precision
Understanding of how to identify decision-makers and buying signals
Experience supporting outbound or lead generation strategies
Strong attention to detail and organization

Nice to Have

Experience in real estate, construction, or B2B services
Familiarity with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
Understanding of LinkedIn outreach workflows
