About the Role

We are a growing U.S.-based company looking for a **driven and results-oriented Appointment Setter** to join our team.

Your primary responsibility is simple:

**Generate and schedule qualified appointments with businesses and potential recruits through cold outreach**

This includes:

* Cold calling
* Email outreach
* LinkedIn messaging

This is a **performance-based role**. If you are confident, persistent, and motivated by hitting targets—this is a great opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Daily outbound outreach:

* Cold calls
* Emails
* LinkedIn messages
* Engaging and qualifying prospects
* Booking appointments on our calendar
* Scheduling initial interviews with candidates/leads
* Following up with prospects consistently
* Updating CRM and tracking activity

Weekly Targets (Non-Negotiable)

* ? **7 Qualified Sales Appointments Booked per Week**
* ? **7 First Interviews Scheduled per Week**

You will be measured on RESULTS, not just activity.

Requirements

* Strong English communication (clear speaking is critical)
* Comfortable making cold calls daily
* Sales or appointment setting experience preferred
* Not afraid of rejection
* Highly organized and consistent
* Self-motivated (no micromanaging)
* Reliable internet + quiet workspace
