JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and motivated virtual assistant to support our business through heavy outbound calling, scheduling, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, and comfortable speaking with new people throughout the day.

You will play an important role in helping grow the business by reaching out to leads, setting appointments, and keeping communication organized.

Key Responsibilities:
Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients each day
Speak with leads, introduce our services, and schedule appointments
Follow up with leads via phone, email, or text when needed
Manage and update the calendar with scheduled appointments
Keep notes and update contact information in our system
Assist with basic email communication and administrative tasks

Role Details:
30–40 hours per week
Remote position
Availability during U.S. daytime business hours preferred

What We’re Looking For:
Comfortable making a high number of phone calls daily
Clear and confident English speaking skills
Friendly, professional, and persistent on the phone
Organized and able to keep accurate notes and records
Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to make calls
Previous cold calling, appointment setting, or sales support experience is a plus
