Job Title: Operations Associate – Promo Merch

Role Overview
We’re looking for someone who can move fast, think on their feet, and manage end-to-end operations for promotional merchandise. This role sits at the intersection of vendor management, sourcing, and day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do

Source and onboard new vendors for promotional merchandise
Negotiate pricing and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality
Stay on top of trends — constantly research new products, vendors, and ideas
Coordinate with vendors to manage timelines, production, and deliveries
Process orders and ensure smooth execution from start to finish
Work closely with internal teams to align on requirements and timelines
Handle day-to-day operational tasks related to promo merch

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of hands-on experience in promotional merchandise (mandatory)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Someone who is fast, responsive, and highly reliable
Comfortable negotiating and dealing with vendors
Good at research — knows how to find the right vendors/products quickly
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball

Shift: 9 AM – 6 PM (US shift)
Compensation: $700–800/month
