Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be people-oriented, results-driven, and knowledgeable in US HR standards and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programs
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices (preferably US standards)
Administer compensation and benefits programs
Maintain HR systems, records, and reporting
Lead organizational development and culture-building initiatives

Qualifications
2–5+ years of experience in US payroll and payroll tax processing
Strong knowledge of US payroll tax laws and multi-state taxation
Hands-on experience with payroll systems (ADP, Gusto, Paychex, QuickBooks, Execupay, or similar)
Experience filing federal and state payroll tax forms
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting US clients or US-based companies
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred, but not required)
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (5+ years preferred)
Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Certifications (US-based):
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from Society for Human Resource Management
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HR Certification Institute
