Virtual Assistant (Real Estate Wholesaling)

We are a California-based real estate investment company focused on distressed properties and pre-foreclosures.

We are NOT looking for a beginner.

We are hiring a high-level Virtual Assistant who already understands real estate data, systems, and lead flow—and can operate with minimal supervision.

???? Your Responsibilities

???? Data & List Management

Pull targeted lists from Property Radar (NODs, pre-foreclosures, distressed)
Clean, filter, and segment data (equity, urgency, property type)
Prepare clean CSVs ready for dialing

???? Skip Tracing
Run lists through skip tracing tools (BatchSkipTracing or similar)
Verify data accuracy before upload

???? Dialer Management (Call Tools)
Upload and organize campaigns (Hot / Warm / Cold)
Assign correct settings and caller IDs

???? CRM & Lead Tracking
Update lead statuses and dispositions daily
Flag hot leads immediately
Keep CRM clean and organized
Send daily performance reports

???? Outreach
Send follow-up emails and SMS based on lead status
Log all activity correctly in CRM
Flag responses immediately

? REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Real estate wholesaling or investor experience (mandatory)
Strong written English
Ability to work during PST hours
