Virtual Assistant (VA) – Hair Loss Education Brand

Hi everyone,

I’m currently looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support me across my growing businesses within the hair loss and education space.

This role will be ongoing and varied, so I’m looking for someone who is organised, tech-savvy, and happy to take initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
• Creating and updating presentations (training materials, slides, PDFs)
• Supporting with course setup and preparation inside Kajabi
• Assisting with onboarding new students (emails, access, basic support)
• Managing and updating customer spreadsheets and data
• General admin and organisation tasks
• Supporting with systems, processes, and automation where possible
• Light customer communication support (when needed)
