Cold Calling VA for Real Estate (Performance-Based + Bonuses)

We’re looking for a motivated and confident cold caller to join our growing real estate team.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants consistent work, growth, and performance-based income.

You will be calling property owners in the U.S. and starting conversations to see if they are interested in selling.
What You’ll Do:

Make outbound calls to property owners
Follow a simple script (we provide training)
Build rapport and gather property details
Tag and update leads inside our system

Clear and confident English speaking voice
Reliable internet connection
Ability to follow instructions and stay consistent
