We are seeking a results-driven in house Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our online marketing efforts across multiple e-commerce brands. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Google Ads, SEO, and performance marketing, particularly within Shopify and WooCommerce environments.
You will play a key role in driving traffic, improving conversions, and scaling revenue across several growing e-commerce websites.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Google Marketing
Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max)
Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and conversion growth
Conduct keyword research, bid strategy management, and A/B testing
Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center product feeds
Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements
Stay up to date with Google Ads policies and best practices
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Develop and execute SEO strategies for Shopify and WooCommerce websites
Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits
Optimize product pages, category pages, and blog content for search visibility
Improve site structure, internal linking, and indexing
Monitor rankings, traffic, and SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console and analytics platforms
E-commerce Optimization
Work closely with internal teams to improve conversion rates (CRO)
Optimize landing pages, product listings, and user experience
Analyze customer behavior and funnel performance
Support promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing initiatives
Update and maintain websites, including product listings, pricing, and content
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, CAC, and ROAS
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards
Track competitor websites, pricing, promotions, and marketing strategies to ensure we remain competitive
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for growth
Requirements
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices (technical + on-page)
Experience with Shopify and/or WooCommerce platforms
Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and product feeds
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
Ability to manage multiple projects and websites simultaneously

Experience with
Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or site editing
Experience in multi-brand or agency environments
