Virtual Assistant - Social Media/Video Editing/Graphic Design

Spyglass Realty is a fast-moving, tech-forward real estate company based in Austin, Texas. We operate at the intersection of real estate, marketing, and media — and we move fast. We're looking for a Virtual Marketing Assistant who can run paid ad campaigns, edit polished video, produce standout graphics, and manage social media — all under one roof.

This is a high-output creative role supporting our marketing department. You'll work directly with our Marketing Director across four core disciplines: paid advertising, video editing, graphic design, and social media management. Secondary responsibilities include listing support, agent onboarding, and newsletter production. No two days are alike, and that's by design.

Paid Advertising

- Build and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end
- Assemble ad creative — copy, static images, and video assets
- Monitor performance daily; pull weekly reports and flag optimization opportunities

Video Editing

- Edit training videos, webinar recordings, and marketing content in Adobe Premiere
- Cut and caption Reels from longer source footage

Graphic Design

- Create listing graphics, property flyers, and print-ready marketing assets
- Design social media visuals, Story templates, and Reel covers

Social Media Management (Primary)

- Create and schedule 2+ posts per agent per week across platforms
- Post listing updates, offer acceptances, and welcome announcements
- Write on-brand captions with appropriate hashtags and CTAs
- Coordinate and publish Realty Hack content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
