We are a fast-growing SaaS company leveraging artificial intelligence to help content creators produce high-performing videos at scale.

We are currently in a scaling phase and are looking for a Creative Strategist & Video Editor who can take ownership of our ad production pipeline from A to Z.

Your role is to research, replicate, and produce high-converting video ads inspired by top-performing creatives in the market.

This is a hybrid role combining:

execution (video editing & assembly)
AI-assisted production (image/video generation tools)

Your responsibilities
Analyze competitor ads using tools like ad libraries and spy tools
Identify winning patterns (hooks, structures, visuals, angles)
Recreate and adapt high-performing creatives for our brand
Write short, punchy scripts using proven ad structures
Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, etc.)
Use AI tools to generate visuals (images/videos) when needed
Select and assemble visuals (AI, stock, or UGC footage)
Continuously test new hooks, formats, and variations
Deliver a consistent volume of high-quality creatives weekly

How We Work
We use a structured creative system based on modular ad sequences (hook, pain, benefit, etc.).

You will:
receive clear frameworks and processes
use internal tools to assist with scripting and ideation
work with a mix of:

UGC content (actors if needed)

Your goal is not just to create videos, but to create ads that perform.

We want someone who is:

autonomous and execution-focused
creative but also analytical
fast and detail-oriented
comfortable working with AI tools (or eager to learn)
obsessed with improving and testing

You should be able to go from: idea ? script ? visuals ? final video
