it's.alisobh is a growing lifestyle and entertainment personal brand producing high-energy short-form content for
Instagram Reels and TikTok, as well as long-form vlogs and YouTube content. Our content is fast-paced, visually
engaging, and built to grow an authentic online audience. We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented video editor
who can bring our creative vision to life consistently.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring a part-time Video Editor to handle 10+ videos per week across multiple platforms which includes uploading them. This is a remote,
work-from-home position ideal for a Filipino-based creative professional who is proactive, communicates clearly, and
takes pride in delivering polished, platform-optimized content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks) — fast cuts, trending audio sync, captions. overlays
• Edit long-form vlogs and YouTube videos with clean structure and engaging pacing
• Apply color grading to ensure a consistent, branded visual aesthetic
• Add motion graphics, lower thirds, and animated titles as needed
• Burn-in accurate subtitles/captions for accessibility and engagement
• Deliver files in correct aspect ratios: 9:16 (vertical) and 16:9 (horizontal)
• Collaborate via Notion, Google Drive, or Trello to manage content pipelines
• Meet agreed deadlines consistently — turnaround within 24–48 hours per video

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (primary) and/or CapCut for short-form
• Strong understanding of short-form content trends on Instagram and TikTok
• Experience editing lifestyle, vlog, or personal brand content
• Competent in color correction, basic color grading, and audio leveling
• Ability to add subtitles, captions, and simple motion graphics
• Reliable internet connection and a capable editing workstation
• Strong communication in English (written)
• Portfolio or sample edits required upon application
• MUST BE ABLE TO COMPLETE A TRIAL TASK

COMPENSATION & TERMS
Schedule: Flexible — results-based and deadline-driven
Payment: Bi-weekly via Wise/Paypal
Probationary Period: 30 days (Starting at 15 hours weekly)
