Outreach Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Outreach Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing outreach campaigns using our proprietary outreach tool. You will play a key role in building relationships, increasing brand visibility, and driving engagement with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute outreach campaigns using our proprietary outreach platform
- Identify and research relevant prospects, partners, and opportunities
- Send personalized outreach messages and follow-ups at scale
- Track campaign performance and optimize for better results
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and responses
- Collaborate with the marketing and growth teams to refine messaging strategies

Requirements:
- Previous experience in outreach, lead generation, or digital marketing is preferred
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to personalize messaging while managing high-volume outreach
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Comfortable using software tools and learning new platforms quickly
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

- Consistently meet or exceed outreach and response targets
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism in communication
- Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance
- Continuously improve outreach strategies based on results and feedback
- Be responsive and communicative with the team
