Experienced Road Video Editor for High-Converting Ads (Must Deliver Top-Quality Work)

We are looking for a highly skilled video editor to work on creating top-tier road videos that convert. You will be responsible for taking my video and audio content and transforming it into powerful, engaging, and effective ads. We're seeking someone who can deliver videos that are far from cheesy – think polished, professional, and attention-grabbing.
Key Requirements:
Must be able to deliver high-converting videos that drive results (please check the attached video as a benchmark – your work must be on this level or better).
Experience with road video editing and creating ads that have a strong emotional pull and effective calls to action.
High-quality editing skills and familiarity with audio synchronization, pacing, transitions, and storytelling techniques.
A quick turnaround time is crucial as we have a constant flow of video ads to be produced.
Ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Provide your best samples of similar work (must show video ads or road-style ads you have created that demonstrate your ability to perform at this high standard). Applications that don’t include a relevant portfolio will be ignored.
Free test video required before proceeding with long-term work to ensure we’re a good fit.
