Real Estate Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist (Remote – Long Term)

We are expanding our acquisitions team and hiring experienced cold callers to help generate and qualify real estate leads.

This role focuses on contacting property owners and real estate agents, gathering accurate information, and identifying opportunities for our acquisitions team.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to property owners and real estate agents
Ask structured questions to understand seller motivation and timeline
Collect property details such as listing status, condition, and financing information when available
Maintain organized call notes inside our CRM
Follow up consistently with leads
Work with our acquisitions team to evaluate potential deals

Requirements
Strong English communication with confident phone presence
Cold calling experience required
Real estate lead generation experience preferred
Organized and consistent with follow-ups
Comfortable using CRM systems
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Compensation Structure
starting rate of UP TO $6
Performance bonuses may also be available for deals generated that close.
