About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced email newsletter specialist to help us build and manage a high-quality newsletter from the ground up.

This is not just a writing role. You will be responsible for:

-Selecting the right platform
-Structuring the newsletter strategy
-Producing and sending content on a recurring basis

Ideal for someone who can own the full lifecycle of a professional newsletter.

What You’ll Do

-Recommend and set up the best email platform
-Develop the overall newsletter strategy (audience, tone, cadence, structure)
-Help draft a template that is in line with our brand
-Create and format a newsletter approximately every 3 weeks
-Help write or curate content
-Ensure emails are clear, engaging, and compliant with professional standards
-Optimize for open rates, engagement, and readability
-Provide ongoing suggestions to improve performance and growth
