Inbound and Outbound calls

I need someone who knows Canadian Insurance and understands Investments products. You MUST be proficient in English (grammar, speaking, writing, etc. must be exceptional).

I will be needed someone who will set up calls to book appointments for me as well as take calls from people reaching the office.
