We’re looking for well-rounded video editors who understand that editing is more than just cutting clips — it’s about communicating a message clearly and effectively.

This is not limited to one format.

- Testimonials
- Ads & marketing content
- Long-form and short-form storytelling

The Role:

As an editor placed through C3 Studios, you’ll work directly with video teams and businesses who need someone reliable, fast, and detail-oriented.

This is a full-time, remote opportunity for editors who:

- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Can handle consistent workload
- Take ownership of their work without constant supervision

You’ll be expected to plug into an existing system and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal friction.

Key Responsibilities

Editing & Storytelling

- Turn raw footage into polished, client-ready videos
- Adapt editing style depending on the project (brand, social, corporate, etc.)
- Maintain clarity, pacing, and engagement

Audio & Visual Quality

-Clean and balance audio
-Apply color correction and grading for consistency

Enhancements

-Add graphics, text, and motion where needed
-Use effects intentionally (not excessively)

Collaboration

-Work with project managers, producers, or clients
-Implement feedback clearly and efficiently

Efficiency

-Handle multiple projects when needed
-Meet deadlines without sacrificing quality

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

-3+ years of video editing experience
-Strong portfolio across different formats

Technical Skills

-Advanced in Adobe Premiere Pro
-If you are working on Davinci Resolve, you can send application too!
-After Effects is a plus
-Solid understanding of audio, color, and pacing

Work Ethic

- Reliable and responsive
- Able to manage time and priorities independently
- Comfortable working remotely with international teams

Communication

- Strong English communication skills
- Can clearly understand feedback and apply it

Technical Requirements
-Minimum 200/200 mbps internet speed
-Computer capable of handling 4K workflows (10-bit 422 preferred)
