JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking to hire full time assistant for ecommerce site.
Will include:
-uploading products and tracking info
- customer support/sales via phone and email
- dealing with problem orders, communicating with customers and suppliers via phone and email
- must be able to work full time US hours (EST 9-5)
- must have a great English without a bad foreign accent
- must have computer and headset with mic
- must have quiet and secure work environment
- must have reliable power and internet with backup a plus
- fast paced environment must be able to multi-task
