We are a U.S.-based residential real estate development and construction company specializing in home renovations and new residential builds in California.

We are a growing company working with a remote team and are looking for a strong HR / Recruiter who can help us find great talent and support our internal HR processes.

**Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive HR / Recruiter who has strong experience in headhunting and HR support. This role will be a 50/50 mix of recruitment and HR tasks.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and experienced in sourcing high-quality candidates for remote roles.

**Responsibilities

Recruitment / Headhunting (50%)
-Source and identify qualified candidates using platforms such as OnlineJobs, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards
-Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
-Manage the recruitment pipeline and candidate communications
-Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
-Post and manage job listings
-Perform proactive candidate outreach and headhunting
-Maintain an organized database of candidates

HR Support (50%)
-Assist with onboarding new hires
-Maintain employee records and HR documentation
-Support internal HR processes and policies
-Assist with performance tracking and employee follow-ups
-Help coordinate schedules, meetings, and HR communications
-Ensure HR files and systems are organized and updated

**Requirements
-Proven experience in recruitment / headhunting
-Experience in HR support or HR administration
-Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously
-Experience using job boards and recruitment tools
-Reliable internet connection and work setup

**Preferred
-Experience recruiting for remote teams
-Familiarity with ATS systems
-Experience using Hubstaff or similar time-tracking tools
