???? Job Title: Remote Enrollment & Admin Assistant (Montessori School)
About Us

We are a growing Montessori school based in the United States, dedicated to providing a nurturing, child-centered learning environment. We are looking for a highly organized and warm communicator to support our enrollment and administrative operations remotely.

???? Role Overview

You will be the first point of contact for prospective parents, helping convert inquiries into scheduled school tours and enrollments. You will also assist with daily administrative and communication tasks.

This role is critical to our growth, and we are looking for someone reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented.

???? Key Responsibilities

1. Parent Inquiry Management

Respond to new parent inquiries (email, website, text) within 5–15 minutes during shift
Provide clear, friendly, and professional responses
Answer basic questions about programs, schedule, and admissions

2. Tour Scheduling

Coordinate and schedule school tours using Google Calendar
Send confirmations and reminders to parents
Reschedule as needed

3. Follow-Up System

Follow up with all leads who have not scheduled tours
Follow up after tours to encourage enrollment
Maintain consistent communication until a decision is made

4. CRM / Lead Tracking

Track all inquiries and status (new lead, tour scheduled, enrolled, not interested)
Update Google Sheets or CRM daily

5. Administrative Support

Assist with emails, document formatting, and basic data entry
Support marketing tasks (light social media posting, if needed)
? Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English
Prior experience in customer service, virtual assistant, or sales support
Strong attention to detail and organization
Fast and reliable internet connection
Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time hours (at least partial overlap)
Comfortable using:
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

Email
platforms
Messaging tools (WhatsApp or similar)

Experience in education, childcare, or admissions
Experience with CRM tools
Experience handling U.S.-based clients
? Schedule
Part-time: ~20 hours per week
Must overlap at least 4 hours/day with U.S. Eastern Time (8 AM – 2 PM EST preferred)
