Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST (1-hour break)


Role Overview
RoofTop is seeking a detail-oriented and systems-driven professional to support and manage our internal tools, automations, and lead management processes.
This role focuses on systems, workflows, and integrations rather than traditional IT support. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with business platforms, automations, and data processes in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain platforms such as ---------- , Google Workspace, DialedIn, and Propstream
• Build, monitor, and troubleshoot automations and webhooks
• Support lead data management, tracking, and cleanup
• Assist in campaign setup and workflow execution
• Handle system integrations and hosting-related tasks
• Troubleshoot platform and process-related issues
• Maintain accuracy and organization across multiple systems


Required Qualifications
• 2–3+ years of experience in a systems, automation, or tools-based role
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proven hands-on experience with:
o ---------- (administrative or operational use)
o Google Workspace
o DialedIn
o Propstream
o Automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) and webhooks
o Hosting platforms or system integrations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple systems efficiently



Important Note
This position is not focused on hardware troubleshooting or general IT helpdesk support. Candidates should have experience working with systems, automations, and business tools.
