JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced freelancer or part-time tea ---------- mber to help with a range of real-world projects involving automation, AI workflows, and voice AI systems.

This is not a beginner role. We are specifically looking for someone who has already built and deployed systems before and can work independently without needing basic training.

You should be comfortable helping design, build, test, and improve things such as:

business process automations
AI-powered workflows
integrations between different apps and platforms
voice AI agents / phone agents
lead handling, follow-up, intake, or customer communication systems
internal tools that reduce manual work

What we’re looking for:

Strong hands-on experience with automation platforms and AI tools
Experience building real systems, not just experimenting
Experience with voice AI is a major plus
Ability to recommend the right tools and architecture for a project
Able to troubleshoot and improve existing workflows
Good written English
Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently

Examples of tools/platforms that may be relevant:
OpenAI, Claude, Make, Zapier, n8n, GoHighLevel, Vapi, Bland, Retell, Twilio, Airtable, Google Sheets, CRMs, APIs, webhooks, and related tools.

You do not need to know every platform listed above, but you should already have meaningful experience in this area and be able to get things done.

Important:
Please do not apply if you are just starting out in automation or AI. We are looking for someone with real prior experience building and shipping projects.

How to apply:
Please complete the application form linked below. The form is required and is the main way we will review your experience, project examples, rates, and availability.
