Data Assistant

Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a fast-growing mortgage originator specializing in two key investment loan products:
Short-term bridge loans for fix & flip investors
Long-term rental loans for landlords building rental portfolios

Data Assistant with the Mortgage industry, Full-time (Contract), Available to work multiple remote hours both during and after Eastern Standard Time.
Data Assistant to work in the Mortgage industry.
Detail oriented Data Assistant needed full time.

What You’ll Do

Proven experience managing and maintaining accurate data records
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting/filtering, and data tracking)
Familiarity with Google Docs and Google Sheets for collaborative work
Prior experience in the mortgage or financial services industry preferred
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong sense of urgency and ability to provide immediate response times when needed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
Zipping Folders-Document Submission

Qualifications
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience in data entry, preferably in financial services
Previous experience in commercial or residential loan servicing
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-up discipline
Ability to follow processes in a systematic, compliant manner
