Every day, we receive 300–400 custom design requests from customers worldwide.

Our goal:
Turn customer ideas into high-impact neon signs that convert into sales

YOUR ROLE
As a Quote Preparation Specialist, you translate customer requests into clear, optimized instructions for our design team and quotation system.

Customers already provide:
• Logo files
• Text
• Preferred size
• Colors
• References

Your job is to interpret this input and determine the best possible execution of the neon sign.

This role is not about designing in tools, but about:
• Understanding what the customer wants
• Visualizing the best end result
• Translating this into a clear and optimized setup

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Interpretation & Visualization (Core of the role)
• Analyze incoming customer requests
• Understand the intention behind the design
• Mentally visualize how the neon sign should look in real life
• Translate this into:
-- Correct sizing
-- Layout decisions
-- Design structure

Technical & Production Thinking
• Ensure every request aligns with neon production limitations
• Determine:
-- What is possible
-- What needs to be simplified or adjusted
• Create instructions that are:
-- Clear
-- Efficient
-- Production-ready

Quote Preparation
• Prepare the request for quotation
• Define size, structure, and execution level
• Ensure the setup is:
-- Visually strong
-- Technically correct
-- Commercially optimized

Critical Decision Making (High Impact)
You must assess:
• What type of customer is this?
• What is the use case (home, event, business, branding)?
• What is the commercial potential?

Based on this, you d ---------- :
Simple and efficient for private / price-sensitive customers
Larger and more detailed for business / high-value clients

Your decisions directly impact whether the customer buys or not.
