We are a growing US-based junk removal company looking for a Customer Service Rep & Dispatcher with experience in US home service businesses (junk removal, HVAC, plumbing, window cleaning, solar, moving, etc.).
This role requires excellent, near-native English with a clear and neutral accent. You will be speaking with US customers all day, so communication must be natural, confident, and easy to understand. If your spoken English is not clear and neutral, this role will not be a fit.
What you’ll be doing:
- Answer inbound customer calls and book jobs
- Schedule and manage jobs using Housecall Pro
- Communicate with truck crews and assist with dispatch
- Coordinate schedules and handle real-time updates
- Respond to
- Track daily KPIs and performance metrics
- Ensure no missed calls, missed jobs, or scheduling errors
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:
- Customer service for a US-based home service company
- Experience answering inbound calls and booking jobs
- Experience with scheduling or dispatching crews
- Strong spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
- Confidence handling phone conversations with US customers

- KPI tracking or reporting
This role is NOT for you if:

- You are not comfortable being on the phone throughout the day

Pay:
$5/hr to start + bonus opportunities
Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM–7:00 PM EST
