We’re Hiring: Motion Designer

Staak Inc. is looking for a talented and creative Motion Designer to join our team as a full-time contractor. In this role, you’ll bring ideas to life through engaging animations and dynamic visual storytelling—supporting primarily EST-based clients.
This role requires daily overlap with EST hours (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST) to collaborate effectively with our team and clients.

What You’ll Do
• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, and video content
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and the Creative Director to develop creative concepts
• Translate static designs into engaging motion assets
• Manage projects from concept to final delivery while meeting timelines and quality standards
• Edit and enhance video content with motion graphics, sound, and visual effects
• Iterate on feedback and refine animations accordingly
• Stay up-to-date with motion design trends, tools, and techniques

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a Motion Designer with a strong demo reel/portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and similar tools
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling
• Strong knowledge of video editing and post-production workflows
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Experience with 3D tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus
• Curiosity about all things creative and interest in emerging technologies including AI workflows
