Credit Repair DISPUTER with Experience / READY TO START

Credit Repair Specialist (Part-Time, Long-Term)
Around 20hs per week :D

We’re a small credit repair business focus on grown,
Our mission is simple: help clients improve their credit scores the legal and ethical way, using consumer protection laws and accurate, factual ane METRO 2 dispute strategies.

Right now we’re hiring ONE (1) reliable VA (not a whole team) *** someone who can learn and follow directions ***, communicate well, and handle day-to-day dispute workflows. NO CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS REQUIRED.

What You’ll Handle :
- You will primarily support our clients by:
- Reviewing and analyzing credit reports/credit files (most of them of SmartCredit)
- Preparing and submitting disputes for negative items, including:
Late payments
Collections
Charge-offs
Bankruptcies
Inquiries
Student loans
Repossessions
Any other negative tradelines.

- Creating factual and or Metro 2 disputes and selecting the best strategy based on the report
- Following up on bureaus responses and updating case status
- Working inside DisputeFox CRM
- Filing escalations when appropriate (CFPB / FTC / BBB) using provided process

Creating client accounts:
- New email accounts for clients
- Obtaining phone numbers
- Organizing files in Google Drive
- Updating tracking sheets in Google Sheets

*** What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves) ***
Most important requirement: You should follow instructions.
We need someone dependable who executes tasks exactly as instructed.

You should also have:
- Proven experience in credit repair disputes
- Understanding of dispute best practices and compliance (legal/ethical only)
- Strong written English (clear, professional messages)

Comfortable working with tools like:
- DisputeFox
- Google Drive / Google Sheets /Good Docs

Schedule & Work Setup (Non-Negotiables)
- 5 days/week availability (you won’t necessarily work every day, but must be available).
- Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm EST. TIME (or to be determinate).
- Must work with time tracking + Screenshot Monitor NON-NEGOTIABLE ( app name ---------- ) .
- Estimated workload, maybe 2–4 hours per day (this is fine as long as tasks are completed).
- 1-2 Video call with me every week to review client progress and expectations.

Ideal Candidate (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience writing or customizing dispute letters
- Strong attention to detail (data, dates, account numbers)
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently once trained
