JOB OVERVIEW

Mile Café is a fast-growing specialty coffee brand in Dubai, with fully ready kiosks and active operations across events, offices, and activations.

We are now looking for a high-performance Business Development Hunter who can bring real deals and scale with us.

Your Mission

Find and close opportunities where Mile Café can generate revenue immediately.

This includes:

Corporate offices (weekly coffee setups)
Events, exhibitions, activations
High-traffic locations for kiosks

What You’ll Actually Do
Reach decision-makers directly (HR, Admin, Office Managers)
Use emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn — whatever works
Pitch and close deals (not just “send messages”)
Turn opportunities into real operations on ground
Target: 1–2 closed deals per week


What You Get
Very High commission on every deal (no cap)
High performers ? fixed salary + high bonuses for each closed deal
Work directly with the founder (fast growth, real exposure)
