Airtable + Softr Expert (UI/UX + Automation Builder)

We’re looking for a highly skilled Airtable + Softr expert to help us build clean, scalable internal tools and client-facing applications.

This role is for someone who is both:

Strong technically (Airtable architecture, automations, integrations)
Strong on the front-end (Softr UI/UX, clean user experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Build and optimize Airtable databases (structure, relationships, logic)
Create automations (Airtable, Zapier/Make, APIs)
Design and build Softr front-end interfaces for internal tools and client portals
Connect workflows across multiple tools (CRM, forms, APIs, etc.)
Improve and scale existing systems

Requirements:

Proven experience with Airtable (advanced level)
Proven experience with Softr (must have built multiple live apps/interfaces)
Strong understanding of relational databases and automation logic
Experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar tools
Ability to think in systems and build clean, scalable solutions
Strong communication and ability to work independently
