We are seeking a highly experienced Credit Repair Specialist who is proficient in DisputeFox, GoHighLevel (GHL), Fanbasis, and MyFreeScoreNow.
This role is responsible for managing the full client lifecycle—from onboarding and credit analysis to dispute execution and results tracking—while leveraging automation and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
Credit Analysis (MyFreeScoreNow)
Pull and review 3-bureau credit reports via MyFreeScoreNow
Analyze:
negative accounts
reporting inconsistencies
outdated or unverifiable items
Identify opportunities for strategic dispute sequencing
Dispute Execution (DisputeFox)
Manage dispute rounds inside DisputeFox
Execute:
factual disputes
compliance-based disputes
creditor direct disputes
method of verification (MOV)
Customize disputes per client (NO generic templates)
Track responses and adjust strategies accordingly
CRM & Automation (GoHighLevel - GHL)
Manage pipelines and client stages
Update:
onboarding status
dispute progress
communication logs
Trigger automations:
onboarding workflows
follow-ups
status updates
Client Billing & Access (Fanbasis)
Manage active client subscriptions
Verify payment status before processing files
Coordinate cancellations, renewals, and access
Tracking & Reporting
Maintain accurate tracking of:
dispute rounds
deletions / updates
client progress
Submit weekly performance reports including:
files processed
results achieved
issues or delays
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in credit repair
Hands-on experience with:
DisputeFox
GoHighLevel (GHL)
Fanbasis
MyFreeScoreNow
Must Understand
FCRA & FDCPA fundamentals
Credit bureau reporting structures
How to:
structure dispute rounds
avoid duplicate disputes
escalate when needed
Strong Advantage
Experience with:
CFPB complaints
charge-offs, collections, inquiries
Ability to manage 20–50+ client files simultaneously
Performance Expectations
Execute accurate and strategic dispute rounds weekly
Maintain CRM accuracy in GHL
Ensure clients are active (Fanbasis) before processing
Deliver consistent progress across multiple files
Meet internal turnaround timelines
