Cold Caller

We are looking for a motivated Cold Caller to join our real estate investment team. Your main task will be calling property owners, following a provided script, and qualifying leads.

???? Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls
Follow scripts and gather property information
Qualify leads and record call details

????? Requirements:
Good English and clear communication
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Reliable internet and quiet workspace

???? Training provided. Experience is a plus but not required.
